Worcester is located 23 miles north of Cheltenham and 22 miles south of Kidderminster. Kempsey is just to the south of Worcester and it is bounded by the River Severn to the west.

The property is located just to the west of Worcester Road adjacent to Stonehall Farm in a rural setting.

Planning

The Government has demonstrated through recent changes to the planning system that it is an enthusiastic supporter of the custom and self-build sector. National and local planning policies also provide support for sympathetic, sustainable rural tourism enterprises as well as general support for the sustainable growth and expansion of all types of business and enterprise in rural areas, including through the conversion of existing buildings.
